Sales Associate for Beauty Bar at Westroads Mall at The Beauty Bar - Kiosk

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented sales associate to join our team at the Beauty Bar kiosk located in Westroads Mall. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for selling our top-quality Royale hair products and hot tools, including ceramic flat irons, to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
• Drive sales and meet daily and weekly sales targets
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our products
• Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and stocked with products
• Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm

Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position is $10.50 per hour plus sale bonuses. The dress code is business casual. In addition, you will receive on-the-job training, access to employee discounts, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
